Dr Joseph Ponmony
Dean of Financial Programs, Datagami | Finance Expert with 31+ Years of Global Experience Prof. Dr. Joseph Ponmany is a distinguished finance professional with over 31 years of extensive experience in global operations and finance.
He holds a PhD in Finance from Pacific University, an MBA in Finance from SGVU, an Executive MBA in Marketing from SIESCOMS, and a B.Com from Mumbai University. Currently serving as the Dean of Financial Programs at Datagami, an EdTech company, Prof. Ponmany has successfully transitioned from a corporate career to full-time teaching and mentorship. Throughout his career, he has held prominent leadership roles, including his tenure with RCI, the world's largest cruise line company, based in Miami, Florida, where he managed global operations in finance. Additionally, he has served as Regional Head at Citi Bank and Reliance Life Insurance, and as National Head at L&T Finance. For the past decade, Prof. Ponmany has been a full-time educator and mentor, imparting knowledge to over 25,000 finance students and mentees.
